Background
Founder and Designer, Simone Halloran (she/her) is a well-established Australian Web and Graphic Designer who attained a Bachelor Degree in Visual Arts specialising in Photography in 1996. Since 2006, she has been learning, refining and adapting her knowledge in an ever-growing digital world. She has also studied a Cert II in Web Development and Digital Design.
Simone initially worked in the retail and hospitality industries for many years (while studying), which gave her invaluable experience and insights into customer service, sales and managing businesses.
As well as designing for Hallo Design, she has previously worked full-time as the Marketing Co-ordinator and Graphic Designer for Haines Medical Australia/Device Technologies; and as Marketing Consultant and Graphic Designer for Boylan Lawyers. Prior to this, she worked full-time as a Graphic Designer for Fairfax Regional Media.
She also designed an award-winning food, wine and art supplementary magazine and matching mobile app, and has volunteered her web and graphic design services while a Committee member for Kangaroo Island Art Feast in the past for a number of years, and for Kangaroo Island and Victor Harbor Dolphin Watch.
Simone is unique because she is a Web and Graphic Designer, Digital Artist and Professional Photographer, and an experienced marketing and business guru who has had many years of working experience. She has an exceptional eye for detail, and is a spelling and grammar perfectionist from working at a newspaper - an invaluable asset in today's world!

New to Hallo Design, is Simone's son, Henley Halloran (he/him). Henley comes to Hallo Design specialising in Photographic services as well as an assistant junior Graphic Designer.
He has a keen eye for capturing subjects, whether it be product photography, business interiors and exteriors, or studio photography (all required for both website and graphic design work), with perfect composition, lighting, and image quality utilising his vast collection of equipment.
